CCA options start on wed 13jan10. Please remember to select the CCAs that you are interested to join. Be very mindful that you are going to be in the CCA for at least 4 years. So please choose very carefully!

PS: those selected for floorball, please join friday's training together with our B boys, girls and C boys at the hall at 2:30pm. This does not mean that you are selected into the CCA. it just means you have passed through the first round of selections. thank you!

first day of school 2010

first of all, if you are reading this before school starts tomorrow, it's gettiing late and you should get ready for bed soon!

bring your thermometer and wear your tie.

Hope that you've already had a hair cut or your coloured hair dyed black.

Leave your house early as there might be traffic jam on the way to school, or the busses maybe be too crowded.

You do not have to bring any books tomorrow as you'll be having bonding sessions with your new form teacher the entire day. School will end at 1:30pm, except for sec 1s which ends at 5:30pm.

Floorballers, there is CCA tomorrow. Please check the noticeboard for the selected players to represent the school for B-division. If you are selected, training will start at 2pm in the hall, and will end at 5pm.

2/1 class relay, 22 June 09 Monday 8:30pm

well done 2/1

at about 9:30pm, 1 hour into the relay, all have received the message except 4 of you. this is a TREMENDOUS improvement from the last time.

Do keep up the good work as there might be more messages to be passed to all of you in this H1N1 situation.

As you may have heard in the news today, school will still be ongoing as of now. nevertheless, teachers are preparing for e-learning lessons in case school closes for 1 week.

Sec 1 express students

There will be a science test in the first week of term 3. You would have to stay back in school for the test. The topics are the same as that for the mid-year exam.

tentative date is thursday, 2:30pm, at the AVT.

relay system

Dear 2/1

We did not have time to practice the class relay today.

so this is what i want all of you to do.

1. know who you are supposed to pass the message to.
2. store their contact numbers in your handphone.

this is so that you can continue the relay even if you are outside.

there will be a trial relay message coming up soon. let's try to pass the message within 2 hours!

hamsters

look at how big the hamsters have become!

their eyes have opened. they are able to run a little on the hamster wheel. and they can drink from the water tumbler! :)

one thing though.... the daddy hamster still hates them!!! ....

2/1, our relay system has failed badly. we will try it in class this week.

meanwhile, here's the message that u were supposed to get by 4pm today.

"Bring your thermometers on monday. there will be no assembly. Go straight to class."

blood donation!

yesterday, I went to donate blood at the blood bank. they have been running low on O+ blood and have sms-ed me twice to go donate. but i haven't been free till yesterday. so here i am, with my blood flowing out.

if you are interested to give blood, you have to be at least 16 years old, and weigh at least 45kg :)

do go and donate blood next time when you are eligible for it ok? :)
